Online Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please email us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.

For other returns, we accept exchanges or issue merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and seals, and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges and merchandise credit are valid only at the original point of purchase. Items removed from their original packaging or seal are not eligible for return. Many of our books are fabric-bound and delicate, making it impossible to sanitize or clean them after the seal is broken.

All non-book merchandise is final sale.

Can I return an item purchased from a different seller?

We only accept returns for products bought directly from our website. If you purchased an item through a third-party seller, please reach out to them directly for assistance, including issues with damaged goods.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
