Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 1 PM ET on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During holiday closures, orders will also be processed on the next available business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use the link to monitor your shipment and opt-in for text updates if desired. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it officially becomes available. Estimated release dates are provided on the product page, though these dates may change. Once a pre-ordered item ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Updating Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address or delivery details, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been submitted. Once an order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address are not possible.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Use the country selector to check which destinations we serve. At checkout, you will see any applicable shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees, along with local payment options. Once the shipment is imported into your country, any taxes/duties if any are the responsibility of the customer.
